Thanks for this fantastic piece. Not only are politicians expected to have clear answers, but they dare not change their minds, for fear of being labeled flip-floppers. I recently heard a former congressman on the radio, saying his career ended because he finally listened to the evidence and changed his mind on climate change. We should value people who can change their minds as they hear new perspective and new evidence.
